How it works
The loop closes on our own hardware.
Your file goes from your browser to encrypted storage we control, then to a transcription machine we own. The transcript comes back the same way. No AI vendor, no outside API, anywhere in between.

Sign in and upload an audio or video file. Add the names and terms that matter to the case so they come out spelled right.

Transcribe in the loop
We transcribe it on our own GPU hardware, usually in about a tenth of the recording's length. That machine accepts no connections from the internet.

We email you when it's ready, with no file or case names in the message. Download it as Word, plain text, or JSON.

No AI vendor
Never sent to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, or any other AI vendor or API. No model training on your data.
Hardware we own
Transcribed on a dedicated, encrypted machine that holds only the job in progress and erases it when done.
Encrypted throughout
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AWS KMS at rest. Private storage in AWS US East; data does not leave the United States.
Deleted in 30 days
Audio and transcripts are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery, or the moment you click delete. Backups hold no customer content.
Named accounts only
No public sign-up. Every account is created by Celant and belongs to one firm; MFA is required for firm administrators.
Every access logged
Each sign-in, upload, download, and deletion is recorded with user, time, and IP address. The log holds no transcript content.
SOC 2 Type I, with Type II underway
